Hi,

I've been taking USN Muscle Fuel Mass for the last few months and it has worked out well, i've been seeing good results.
I've just been thinking if it's about time I changed supplement for a while and hopefully I'll benefit from doing this.
Is there any Mass type supplements (Protein and Carbs) with not much fat that is recommended?

Thanks

I don't understand why you need to change it if it is working well. A weight gainer is just extra calories and protein. Switching to a different weight gainer is not going to make any difference.

If it were a pre-workout caffeine based drink then you could benefit from cycling on and off it so your body does not get used to the effects but a weightgainer is just like taking in more food but in liquid form. There are no special muscle building properties about these drinks that you would not get from normal food they just help if you find it hard to get all your calories in from solid foods.

I just feel it's about time I change. Don't know why and have no reason.

I was thinking of trying out BSN True Mass? any opinions on that

Also what is your opinions on NO Xplode or any other pre-workout caffeine drink??

Thanks

I wouldn't say its bad true mass but its 16 grams of fat 5 sat. Which isn't always bad but when they use maltodextrin the chance of you storeing fat is high I would look for a product that use some cleaner ingredients...what's your stats and diet that would help and goals

I gotcha and that's why I would stick to one of two options make your own gainer that way u no what your gettin 2 scoops of whey natty p.b. 1 cup of oats and a table spoon of honey down post work out....or a.d.s. Is a company you can only get from gnc but they make the best gainer only real complex carbs they use pea and almond proitiens to not spike and insulin response and its 910 cals with water that is the cleanest gainer I've found
