Whole food diet:

5 oz tuna, 1/2 brown rice, 1 cup broccoli

4.5 oz chicken breast, 1/2 cup brown rice, 1 cup broccoli

snack: Almonds, 1 oz cheddar cheese, Apple, Sweet potato

Drink: 1 gallon water, green tea, 1% milk, crystal light

Keep It Simple Supplements ( K.I.S.S. )
Like the other above:
Whey
Multi Vit
FishOil

Optional:
Creatine
BCAA

ANd then there is:
Fiber either from whole foods or supplemental, or both

----
P.S.
On a side, I would increase you chicken breast to 7oz cooked. Tuna is a fattier cut of fish, I woul find a leaner option and 5oz is not that much either. I would keep your whole food protein source around 7-8oz cooked, no less than 6oz. Also i would add protein to your "snack", but IMO there should be not "snacks" really and loose the apple. Should be 5-6 well proportioned MEALS. When/If you get the whey that would be 2more meals pre/post workout matched with the right type of carb or fats timing wise.

Yeah def. Add to your protien in take can due so by using a protien powder.... Also jus kill that snack it looked like it was your last meal of the day if so jus do some low fat cottage cheese...as for other supps whey and a multi are basic and important but to keep it simple would be making sure that you have your diet and training on point those will be your most important tools when your are ready for supps I like gren tea 1 gram fish oil and a gram of cla three times daily or an e.c.a.
