hey guys im ordering the asteriod stack and recently got a free mini mag thats all about the stack and it out lines a good workout routine to go by when your on it.. month by month etc...
just wondering if any one has stuck to it or done it?
or just done their own while on it
if its worth doing what they say .. dont want to waste 3 months of training...

not that it would be wasted but anyway...

Do a search here I know there are tons of posts on the Asteroid stack. From what I have seen people are pretty happy with the stack.

i personally wouldnt follow any routine out of a book i think you should just use your split youve got i dont think theres such thing as the asteroid stack workout which would get you results any differently from your own workout hope i helped my friend

Right I think you can keep your workout routine the same but theres diferent protcols when taking the full cycle. I know Boro is around here somewhere. Maybe he or a Orbit rep can help you out with the different protocols.

it was a promo little book thing .. ill scan it at work today and ill post it up...

its a recomended workout that they have found to be effective for many while on the asteroid stack. they have one called the 69 protocol i think which is supposed to be killer.

The 69 protocol I think is jus a way to dose the prime itself with out wasting money as some pepole like more then jus the two two two prtocol that they recommend on the box...as for the work out that work out might be a little better for you if your trying to get more figure so to speak it will help with your core area and possibly( of course diet)help with the reduction of body fat... if your lifting to add some size this program won't cut it... use your own spilt and add in a day or two from the mag.

USP PowerFULL really worked for me, felt so damn strong I kept jumping up 10lb per week on exercise weights every week... I can't imagine all 3 together, that would be really cool I believe for definition as well!

Yeah I think that usp will only be getting bigger in the future with more pepole having to use more natural supps...and I have had a chance to try there new stim product that is coming out and they def. Did another great job there as well its the best energy/fat loss product I've tried and I'm a supp whore I've been around the block..but as far as the work out goes mr. Doyle is the best of the best when it comes to trianing but like I said I would stick to a program that will help you meet your goals
