Superpump 250, No-xplode, Jack3d, Nano Vapor? Any suggestions or recommendations for a great pre-workout supplement?

NO=over rated IMO. Eat some complex carbs an hour befor you work out with your protein of course. Works as good as any NO products out there IMO.

i like superpump250 if i ever use any pre-workout supplement at all. i usually don't

Most of that stuff is over rated and ALL of it is over priced. Get some caffeine pills (primaforce 4 bucks), a smack in the face and some heavy metal.

Jack3d won't mess with your sleep if you take it earlier in the evening / day.
