My stack looks like this:
multi
omega-3
CLA (finishing the bottle, won't continue use)
whey
casien (alternate between casien and cottage cheese)
gltutamine
BCAAs
Anything missing really? I mean I'm just soo impartial to creatine. I'm trying to drop weight/cut.

creatine i perfectly fine for a cut. the reason people say not to take creatine on a cut is because it makes u retain water, giving u a slightly "puffy" look. But the goal of a cut is to reduce bodyfat which creatine has no effect on. As soon as u stop taking creatine u will stop retaining excess subcutaneous water, but will keep the extra lean mass the creatine helped u achieve. So, in summary, yes creatine is fine for a cut.

I used creatine before all the way to get to competition physique status at 5% bf, its fine for a cut. Just keep it upwards of 10g/day and you'll be golden.

Any Creatine Monohydrate, you don't need to get fancy with it.

the cheapest mono you can buy. 10g pre and post load week, 5g pre and post w/o after (6-7 weeks). skip a week and re-do it.

load is not crucial, some suggest it, some dont

in my opinion, you're not missing anything.

a protein powder is something i ALWAYS recommend but it's not TOTALLY crucial to building muscle.

if you're diet is spot on, you don't even need a multi-vitamin.

supplements are supplements. they are there to aid you in your bodybuilding journey. Not become something you rely on (not that you can anyway).

*beginning or rant*
i see so many people have these rediculous supplement stacks. waisting all this money on so many unecessary things when their diet sucks. that is such a waist of money. if you wanna spend an arm and a leg on supplements do so if you have a good diet and if you don't know what a good bodybuilding bulking or cutting diet is, you can ask in the nutrition section and there are plenty of very knowlegable people on here that can point you in the right direction!
*end of rant*

lol

i'm in a ranting mood today. sorry peeps

totally agree, if your doing 3+ hours a day like the pros i can see supplements helping alot more. but, diet is the key to any gains in the gym.

Does anyone have any usage with the GNC Amplified Creatine 189 capsules?

I have taken it and EFX Kre-alkaline and just from personal experience I believe the 189 works for me, but how about anyone else? - could just be a mental thing lol
