Having an ice cold Sierra Nevada Pale Ale right now. Sometimes it's the best supplement for a weary brain.

Later I'm settling down with hummus, whole grain bread & tabouli.

Need this after a monster work week with another one ahead of me.

Havn't lifted for 2 days, all soreness is gone (mostly) and I am ready for chest day in the morn.

Ahhhhh...nice.

Ive sorta been taking the cheat meal road now. Ive been sooooo against it, like EXTREMELY against it, but everyone here insists on doing the cheat meal thing, even on a cut. Which is what im trying very hard to do right now. Ill eat some pizza (which is FREAKING amazing for me cuz i havnt had a slice of pizza in years), or all you can eat sushi is a good cheat meal too. Ive been a little more leanient with the dirty stuff. But enough of that.
