^ ya. my opinion on creatine is it does not dehydrate you, it amplifies the affects of dehydration. alot of people dont realize theyre dehydrated until they start taking creatine. throw down a gallon and a half a day and youll be fine. are you taking any other supps with it? i took an NO/Creatine blend once and it killed my stomach

Read the labels next time homie, most Monohydrate products recommend increasing water intake while on them.

If you're not bringing a large bottle of water with you to the gym you NEED TO NOW if you are taking creatine... when I started it in no time I drank an average of 1.5 liters at every workout.

I also drink 1.5 liters every workout--I'm in the tropics, so I wouldn't even make it through the workout without my water bottle.

What area are you in Manila? I'm traveling to there next year, Antipolo Rizal area. By the way, Summit and Absolute water there are the best!

I live in a section called the "university belt." It's basically the heart of Manila.

Thanks, bro!

You can probably find a lot of affordable walk-in gyms in the Philippines. Gyms are pretty popular here.
