Hi Guys im thinking of getting this a a preworkout sup first and foremost i want to know what do you guys think of it for those who have taken it. Loads of people are raving about that its better than NO-explode but these can be ALRI reps so i want to know from you bods. Secondily i usually have a pre work out meal 1h30mins before the work out (usually oatmeal and a protein shake/tuna wrap and shake/tuna rice or chicken and rice)however looking at the packaging it says that it should be taken 40 mins prior to work out preferbly on an empty stomatch so will i still be okay if i had my normal meal and then have this 40 mins prior to the work out . The thing is i usually have a meal around 12pm then try to fit a shake in at 2pm and then another meal at 4pm(prework out) so i if missed that meal it would be about 6 hours till i would have had any solid food untill i got home and knowing me id be starving then.. So i want to know your thoughts on this..
