I'm a very skeptical persona, and believe that the only way to lose weight is through determination and lots of cardio,

however there seem to be a few comments at the bottom of this page that say this stuff works!!

I know nothing about supplements so I thought I'd see what the pro's have to say!!

Hard work, Tuna mixed with chopped onion and a little chili oil, On Whey Protein w/ teaspoon of Creatine 2-3 X a day, a good multi-vit, fish oil (Omega-3) and good warm shower after your workout!!

yes determination cardio and you forgot one a spot on diet which is about 80% if not more.

and consistency is key.

you said it in your first sentence, determination and cardio, i would also add that along with a solid diet and your all set,

you gotta remember that many of the claims stated also dont include the diet these people were on, like thomas said, dont take much stock in what the products are hyping, notice the fine print at the bottom of the page toward the end it says

Yeah, the vast majority of these "INSTANT SUCCESS" and movie/star workouts/get ripped abs in three weeks crap have nothing to do with reality. If you want a hard workout with crazy weights come up here to Vancouver, Canada and I'll gladly put you through my 90 minute workout- combined with my Ketogenic diet and lots of vitamins, minerals, fish oil, creatine mixed with protein shakes.... you'll get better week by week!

Waste of money in my opinion, I think a good diet, hard work, consistant determination will get you what ever you want.
