i need help with my diet, i know its suppossed to be high protien but i dont know how much to eat, i take abbs ripped force before i workout , muscle milk right after and 30 minutes after that i take EAS whey protien , i dont know if i take good stuff or what ya know . help me i want to be big and i want to lift more weight.

You starting real bad here dude...

You need to do your own research and not expect just to get it all on a silverplate. You'll never make your goal if you don't study nutrition and training. I will recommend this though:

1. Buy books or search the internet for usefull information
2. Get a hold of bb dvd's. Jay Cutler A Cut Above is usefull for beginner IMO.
3. Get a personal trainer to help you out

Learn learn learn!!!

And please guys, don't give it to him on a silverplate! Waste of time...

well pumpiniron just went all "do your own research" nazi on us

drop all the sups.. focus on food..keep protein powders though

tell us what your day to day diet looks like and dont lie... i doubt u are eatin enough to gain.

First tell us your stats. Age, height, weight, amount of time Bodybuilding, nutriton log and workout routine. We'll shred it apart from there but don't get used to it.

ok thanx guys well i eat egg sandwhich on a bagel for breakfast with milk , then i got to the gym , before i work out i drink ABB RIPPED FORCE , then i workout for about two hours with 4 minute breaks when i work big muscles and two minute breaks for lil ones. my one rep max for bench is 225 off the chest, my squat is 315 , and my dead lift is 385, i like to split like everyone so i do chest monday , tuesday tri and bi , wendseday break , thursday back , friday legs , then im off for the weekend , i dont know how to bodybuild so thats y im here i would like to know, my height is 6'1" and my weight is 204.8, when im done with my work out i have muscle milk , i have a sand which , then 30 minutes after i have EAS whey protien .

oh **** i eat for dinner mostly steak chicken any time of protein and hardly any vegetables .

Okay, well at least you got the training right. YOu're doing your legs which is a great start so I give you props for that Just make sure you're doing more squats then leg presses. And don't neglect your calves. As for the length of training, don't spend more than 45-60 mins per day. Don't even waste your $$$ on muscle milk (or your moms money :rofl:) instead take the whey protein with maltodextrin and dextrose right after your workout. I usually take about 50 grams of whey and 80grams of maltodextrin right after my workout.

You also need more food, but split it up, I know it's hard with shcool and all but find time between class to munch on something.

I could go on for 80 pages making an entire book for you but that would defeat the purpose since books have already been writen about this. So it would be wise to read those books. Good luck and SQUAT LIKE A MOTHER ****ER.
