ok thanx guys well i eat egg sandwhich on a bagel for breakfast with milk , then i got to the gym , before i work out i drink ABB RIPPED FORCE , then i workout for about two hours with 4 minute breaks when i work big muscles and two minute breaks for lil ones. my one rep max for bench is 225 off the chest, my squat is 315 , and my dead lift is 385, i like to split like everyone so i do chest monday , tuesday tri and bi , wendseday break , thursday back , friday legs , then im off for the weekend , i dont know how to bodybuild so thats y im here i would like to know, my height is 6'1" and my weight is 204.8, when im done with my work out i have
muscle milk , i have a sand which , then 30 minutes after i have EAS whey protien .
