I just got a bottle of this supplement and was wondering if i should take it pre and PWO. On the bottle it just says take 1 cap pre workout.

1 cap an hour before workout
1 cap immediately after.

i guess all kre alkalyn supplements are different, i take the scifit version and it says to take 2 caps in the morning and 2 pre workout.

i just stick to the 2 caps pre workout and it does the trick.

pre and post w/o im sure is fine.

I thought the same myself. It is like he said she said. EFX is the original version of the whole KA thing. I used to do the pills and I switched over to the powder because I wanted to see the difference. I got SCI FITs 100g because it was cheap.

Pills are more convenient but seems that I see more results form the powder because it gets into the system so much faster. It holds alot of water as well in my system. the powder doesn't mix well with the water and EFX said so. I have to mix it hard for some seconds. It breaks down in the water but into grains. I put it in 4oz of warm water and drink it and then pour more water into the cup and drink it because there is residue in the bottom of the cup. Gotta constantly keep mixing it in order to get it in my system.

I will be using the powder version now because it will last longer than the pills and get into the system faster. I have noticed my strength getting higher a little faster than normal. Even my biceps are higher than they have ever been which shocks me and stays sizeable longer. I also do rest pause training.

Yeah I would def. Do any creatine pre and post the idea would be to produce enuff creatine during your work out but yet to recover your creatine phosphate pools after a workout there for pre and post work out would be best
