you have 8 meals listed including shakes,
out of that 5 are shakes, and only 3 are from food sources, you kind of have it switched around, 5 meals of food and 3 shakes would be more in-line of a solid diet, here`s the problem,
1. your shakes only contain protein, you have a shake before and after your workout, which is fine, but unless your not taking in any carbs other than your 3 whole wheat pancakes it looks fairly unbalanced,
2. if your not on a protein only diet, then you would benefit from having some complex carbs before your workout, and after your workout some simple carbs to spike the insulin post workout, also your meal after your post workout shake should contain complex carbs along with your veggies,
3. whole foods contain more nutrients than just protein shakes can deliver, your missing out on so many benefits of food,
other than that, umm yea to many shakes..
