Where can i find the cheapest whey protein. i want a lot of it. i'll by a sack if it's a good enough price. i drink 4 shakes a day and i need to either cut back or find some cheaper stuff. i'm paying 38.00 for 74 servings of 25g protein and about 130 calories. anybody know of a better deal???

Why on earth are you drinking so many shakes?! You must be crapping your pants every hour.

Scivation is cheap in the 10lb box. It's something like 70cents per serving.

Maybe you should cut back and get more protein from solid food sources.

I've tried the scivation before, its REALLY thick, if you like that sort of thing go for it, but there are some (like me) that just wanna get it over with and carry on ya know. I like Dymatize elite whey, you can find it on sale occasionally with the 10 boxes so just keep your eye out for good deals around the internet and always watch out for shipping!

I usually will price a few sites, get it all finalized and right before it asks for my credit card info I see how much the shipping is and I compare.. some site will tear you a new one with shipping

I love me some Scivation Vanilla Whey.. $70 for 10 lbs and the taste is perfectly fine.

I am going to totally disagree with Chad... Scivation is one of the smoothest shakes I've had - and for that price, its a no brainer.

What did you mix it with chad cause scivation isnt thick at all.Thats one reason I switched to it long time ago because it wasnt thick. The chocolate is the thickest but even its not thick.Sometimes i will use less water just to thicken it up

Yeah I used to use ON but switched to nutra-bio, it's freaking awesome. I swear once you use it you'll be hooked.

you have 8 meals listed including shakes,
out of that 5 are shakes, and only 3 are from food sources, you kind of have it switched around, 5 meals of food and 3 shakes would be more in-line of a solid diet, here`s the problem,
1. your shakes only contain protein, you have a shake before and after your workout, which is fine, but unless your not taking in any carbs other than your 3 whole wheat pancakes it looks fairly unbalanced,
2. if your not on a protein only diet, then you would benefit from having some complex carbs before your workout, and after your workout some simple carbs to spike the insulin post workout, also your meal after your post workout shake should contain complex carbs along with your veggies,
3. whole foods contain more nutrients than just protein shakes can deliver, your missing out on so many benefits of food,
other than that, umm yea to many shakes..

Yep man, you are drinking too many protein shakes....

Its good to have protein shakes, but you must drink atleast a 'gallon' of water to synthesise 100gms of protein....

just add 2gms of protein per KG of ur body weight, and divide it equally through out the day...

Take only 30gms between each servings and don't exceed more thank 45 gms of protein per serving...

Eat a lot of veggies and maintain 5-6 whole meals per day with a lesser calorie intake every 2 hours...

And most of the important, Work Hard in the Gym to see real results....
