Alright guys I finally got my stuff in the mail, I'm really looking forward to testing it out. Project started with a good format, so I'll do the same. First, a little about me and my training:

Training experience:
I've been lifting since highschool but I really learned everything in college. Once I got out, I picked up bodybuilding and have been training and competing since January of 2008.
Current Training Schedule / Protocol:
I just started a new split to accomodate for strongman training 1-2 times a week. It looks like this:
Sunday: strongman
Monday: rest
Tuesday: arms, shoulders
Wednesday: strongman
Thursday: legs
Friday: chest
Saturday: back
I don't have a specific regimine for each muscle group, but in general, I train a heavy compound lift first with a 5x5, then 1 (or 2 for larger muscle groups) similiar lift or isolation for 4 or 5x8-12, and a final isolation exercise which I like to burnout on. I can refer you to my log for every minute detail.
Cardio Schedule/Protocol : I do not do cardio at this point in my cycle. Strongman is enough anearobic/cardiovascular work that I count it towards cardio.

Current Diet and macros
Meal 1: 1 cup oats, 3 egg whites 3 whole eggs
Meal 2: 1 cup oats w/ scoop whey
Meal 3: 7oz meat with 1 cup green beans and 1/2 cup oats and whey
Meal 4: same as meal 3
Workout: 1 scoop Whey 2 scoops BCAAs
Post: Blueberries with 1/4scoop whey 2 scoops Cellmass
Meal 5: 7oz meat with 1/2 cup green beans with some cho thrown in
Meal 6: 2 scoops whey with 2 tbsp natty PB and 1 scoop cellmass
Current Daily water intake: I can't be sure. I would piss clear if it weren't for my multi, haha.
Short Term Goal: Add lean mass while staying close to competition weight.
Long Term Goal: Win a Natural Bodybuilding show
ANY and ALL Prescription / Non-Prescription / Recreational drugs: None
Supplement history: Basically my current stack.. I try new things every now and then. I've tried Prime, some different NOs (BSN, Muscletech). Other than that, nothing fancy.
I'll be logging up my feelings and experiences with the supplement itself. I'll maintain posting in my bulking log for my normal training, but if I even so much as fart differently and I suspect it to be from the supp, I'll mention it here. So don't think you'll have to read both my logs to get a full review.
So, the bottle recommends for daily energy, take 3 throughout the day. I'm normally pretty responsive to stimulants, so I'm going to test out 2 today and see how I feel. 1 Before lunch (11am) and 1 before working out (4pm).
