Curious about these two.
I have some fat that I have been trying for so long to get rid of I cut out most sugars.
I've been doing more cardio, but have them damn love handles and some of a gut.

I am 164 at 5'11

So is Nitro-Tech really that good of a product? Any reviews any people take it?
It says on Nitro-Tech Science proves you can gain up to 8.4 lbs, in 14 days.
8.4 lbs of what?

Also Hydroxycut, whats up with this stuff? Has anyone had luck with it?
Would it be worth trying? I dont want to waste my money on something that wont work.
But if people have had results please let me know.

Thanks!

They both fail hard, you cant gain 8.4lbs of anything in 2 weeks really unless you weighed yourself fasted than started shoving down carbs like theres no tomorrow i personally thing their *extraordinary subject* stepped on the scales with 2 4lb dumbbells in his hands,

Same goes for the hydroxycut it fails also i was lucky enough to try it for free *i wouldnt part any money for it* and the only thing it helped with was to drop a bit of water weight,

If your looking for some products that work better for less cost look into

Scivation whey
ON gold standard
Syntha-6

Phenadrine by APS labs *stacked with slin-sane makes an awesome combo*

Maybe some others could help out with the fat burners i dont have a heap of experience with them

Thanks for your input.
I have had ON gold, I loved it the taste was just amazing "cookies & cream"
I am currently on MyoFusion, I was going to try Syntha 6, but I might just go back to ON Gold.

I am more interested in fat burners. I have some pesky fat I need to get rid of that i've had for awhile. So if anyone has some information on Fat Burners, weither they are just something companies made for money, or really made to burn fat please let me know!

Thanks! :)

Try HIIT cardio and reduce your caloric intake. Cardio is key I was able to get down to 160 lbs. and I'm 5'8". Just increase your cardio and get your diet straight and youll be good.

I would consider Gaspari's Myotropin for that extra fat. I've seen a lot of happy users and some amazing stories, but I have never tried it, it's on the top of my list though when I start cutting. Hydroxycut fails, Nitro-tech not so bad, but there are other things out there that are just as effective and cost a whole lot less. I've always felt like you're buying the name with those 2. Also, right now I felt like spending more money for some reason and I've been trying GNC's wheybolic 60 AMP, it's designed for athletes, meaning it will build lean muscle so you can be stronger but maintain flexibility and form. Figured that would be a good protein if you wanna get bigger and cut the fat, even though you should do one or the other.

Thanks for the input, Navy i'll be sure to do more cardio, thing is I workout in my basement. Don't have the money right now to be paying for a gym membership, I use to go to LA but 40$ ehh.

I dont eat much as it, I have a poor metabolism I struggle to try and eat most of the time, but I force it in me because I know I have to eat for muscle growth.

Today I had a total of 2 1/2 meals, and only 1 protein shake after my workout today because I woke up and just wouldn't drink my protein.

So when I woke up I had one egg scrambled.
I went to wendys for lunch and got a chicken sandwich fries and a sprite
then I had dinner, and I had breakfast for dinner. french toast eggs and bacon w/ orange juice.
So as you can see my situation is very weird and I am very confused on how to loose weight. :(

The best thing you could do before you look to supplements is get your diet clean no excess sugar intake and cut out the deep fried foods,

So stop drinking pop, have oats for breakfast or even cheerios if your having trouble adapting,

A change in diet and a little more cardio would have you seeing far better results than taking a fat burner, also try for 4-5 smaller meals throughout the day that are high in protein and fiber so meat and green veges for the win

Mitotropin seems to strong, I'm kind of scared to even try it. :(

Good Idea, I was going to try more carido and a cleaner diet before I did fat burners anyways. But my Diet is already small and odd.
Please read my above post to see what I usually eat in a day.
I usualy contain 2-3 meals a day. Sometimes "not all the time" I eat little things in between.
But is it ok to eat Quaker brown sugar oats? I love that stuff cause of the brown sugar of course. :/

Could anyone possibly help me with a cleaner diet?
Such as what to eat daily, how much protein carbs etc etc intake every meal, and a total of how much a day. I haven't a clue about anything when it comes to dieting and cleaning my eating.

Thanks for all the help!

I saw your diet it needs a little work, im not sure how much sugar is in the oats your talking about if its less than 25% of the total carb it would be ok, otherwise just get normal oats, some low kcal sweetener like equal or splenda and some cinnamon,

One thing you will have to accept and need to change is your going to have to eat 5 meals a day no ifs or buts on this,

An easy to follow meal plan could look like this

Meal 1
6 egg whites 1-2 yolks, or a protein shake
1/2 - 3/4 cup of oats,

Meal 2
Tin of tuna
1/2 cup brown rice
3/4 -1 cup of veges

Meal 3
Wholemeal bread 2-3 peices
chicken breast
salad
1/4 cup almonds

Meal 4 *guessing this is about when you workout*
Protein shake
40g dextrose or 3 pieces of white bread or 2 banana's

Meal 5
Any meat as long as its not too fatty so, lean red meat, chicken, fish, eggs if you want eggs for dinner,
Sweet potato or brown rice or wholemeal pasta *just watch the amount of pasta its easy to eat too much i find*
Heaps of veges or salad

its not that hard to follow you may have to spend a bit more money on food, but diet is 80% of your weight loss so if you get your diet right you will get pleasing results,

Would this be the best diet for me?
Also what about when I go to bed? I usually dont go to bed till very late, so should eat cottage cheese and spoon of peanut butter, right before I go to bed?
Also for Meal 5, do you mean have meat w/ a sweet potato, or brown rice, or wholemeal pasta? soo lets so for dinner a hamberburger with brown rice.
Would that be right for my last meal of the day?

On meal 3, you said chicken, how much chicken 4 oz?
On meal 2, can I mix the tin of tuna with mayo for flavor?
On meal 4, Post workout, I always have a protein shake, why white bread or two bananas, and what is dextrose exactly?

Thanks for the help and the information I really appreciate it :)

4oz cooked is sweet

yep try use low fat mayo

this is to get some fast acting carb into you to replenish glycogen stores and get your body out of a catabolic (muscle wasting) state,
Dextrose is a fast acting carb used as a filler in many products, its derived from corn i think its cheap to buy $3 for 2lbs here get it from any bulk product store

Thanks for the help and the information I really appreciate it :)
No worries, my thoughts in bold
