Hey guys i recently bought this stack...

BSN -TRUE MASS
MULTIVITAMINS
BSN-VOLUMIZE
CREATNIE MONO
ISO PURE
NO-XPLODE

i was wondering when is a good time to take the multi-vitamins and also the creatine do i take it with the no xplode or after the workout with some protein?
Cuz yesterday before my workout i took some no-xplode with some creatine mono and it made me feel bloated and with that i also took the volumize (during workout) couldn't really finish the volumize cuz of how bloated i felt.

Don't take the creatine with anything that contains caffeine as it may interfere with the effectiveness of the product. I would recommend taking one serving pwo.

There a specific reason for the morning serving? I usually go PRE and post for my servings. Does morning help with absorption? just wondering

I personally take it in the morning cause I usually spike insulin in the morning. Since insulin levels enhance creatine uptake, taking creatine with a carbohydrate and/or protein supplement may accelerate glycogen resynthesis as well as promote protein synthesis. usually creatine is to be taken 30min to an hour before workouts, but I dont know if it would be the best idea to spike insulin levels pre workout. Again after workout I would spike insulin levels have BCAA and protein with SOME complex carbs

Multivits in the morning with breakfast and a serve 5g of creatine mono. Then True mass you can in between meals or as a meal as u please. Then i would take another serve of creatine with ur midday meal, 30-45min pre workout bang a serve of no-xplode then intraworkout you could drink ur volumaize or you could have it post workout. If you have volumaize post workout i would then wait 20 minutes and consume your whey isolate and 30-45 min after smash a meal.
