sure it is, i take 600mg of N.A.C. daily, sometimes liv.52 or synthergine depending what i have around

NAC for the win and some liver support depending on what your taking. i like nac for the detox it gives.

NAC is a good product to use everyday because it supports glutathione productions and supports liver. But milk thistle is harsh i would leave it out and use it for a short period of time after doing something that is hepatoxic
