I am now 18, I've been lifting for about 4 1/2 years now, I was wondering if any one could give me a simple, though very affective stack to help me get better gains seeing how I will be attempting to play college baseball soon.

all natural, the best natural slin control type supplement ive used, id even say its up there with how metformin works for me, i do 2 caps with breakfest and 2 post workout

alright now I've been reading up and you have to take carbs with it when you eat, what would you suggest I eat pre meal and post workout?

well take first dose with breakfest, stick to whole foods like oats, cereal, ect, for post workout dose take 2 caps wait 30 mins than have some whey with either detrose or waxy maize

I also take creatine mono. jack3d and protein, is it safe taking jack3d and the creatine mono. with glycobol also?

creatine- i use NO xplode and i think thats good enough too

I think your getting n.o. explode confused with cellmass. Cellmass is the creatine of BSN. And that's a creatine ethyl ester, much different from monohydate. I would prefer monohydate over ethyl anyday.
