And lets say i work 8 hours a day and workout 4 times a week. (mon,tue,wed,fri/sat) I work from 8 till 5 every weekday and work out from 6 till 8ish
Hows that for a workou program and when do I take the supplements? NO xplode before working out ofcourse and the rest …. ??
Before taking the supplements I've been working out for a while now without taking any supplements.
