NO xplode + cellmas + S6 Advice

I started on BSN NO xplode, cellmas and Sytha 6. NO plode is just awesome. syntha 6, taste so damn good.
Questions, how did it go after writing this??
And lets say i work 8 hours a day and workout 4 times a week. (mon,tue,wed,fri/sat) I work from 8 till 5 every weekday and work out from 6 till 8ish
Hows that for a workou program and when do I take the supplements? NO xplode before working out ofcourse and the rest …. ??

Before taking the supplements I've been working out for a while now without taking any supplements.

There should be directions on the labels for each of the supplements. NO Xplode would be preworkout, Cell mass I think is twice a day (morning and bed time or something like that), and Syntha 6 would be post workout. Make sure you hit the diet harder than the supplements and you will get the results!

Yeah..So far, I take the NO xplode like 30 mins before working out. And the cell mass right afterwards. And throught out the day I take the cellmas. But 1. dont know if thats the "correct" way. Dont wanna mix em. And the sad part, NO Xplode gotta be taken on a empty stomach

Yup follow the instructions. The instructions are based on average consumer so you can’t go wrong with their directions. Once you have that down you may react to the products more differently than I would so to speak, So with that, once you have a feel for the product tweak to what works best for you in other words yields the best results.

2 hr in the gym is over kill you should be able to do everything within 1hr or less.

You've got the right idea. I did two cycles of that a while ago except I did NO xplode, Cell mass and Nitrix.

NO Xplode 30 min before workout.
Cell mass twice a day - one dose immediatly following workout, the other at least 6 hours before or after I believe. I work out in the evenings so my dose was a little before lunch, then after my workout around 6:30pm

The Syntra 6 is fine but a bit over priced. Scvlation is a great price for 10 lbs currently. Better bang for the buck.

I'd stick with a multivitamin, creatine, and protein.
I'm not a big fan of NO supplements.
