hey everyone i have been on ketogenic diet for week and half and yesturday i took naNOx9 and damn it killed my kidneys i was in so much pain i ate it with my 4 eggs 4 slices of ham for breakfast and maybe 30-45 min later on way to the university my kidneys were killing me.

I was in so much pain eventually it went away but damn it felt like i had been hit by a ape lol any idea why? or what supplements are good to take? Got my T911 in but havent tried it yet so idk i thought about havoc or another product from Anabolic extreme but not to sure. any ideas what i could take i'm really leaning to something from anabolic extreme with cycle assist and there pct

Make sure you have:
a Good Whey (preferably a isolate).
Omega3s
Omega6s
Mult Vit.\
and creatine if you like.
if looking for a pump style check out Jack3d
good bcaa if you got the $

I would save the ProHormone stuff to when you are eating more, since most need that extra calorie intake (quality carbs). Some may work on a restricted intake (of healthy fats and protein). I have never really looked to much into them, but if your heart is set on them check in the Steroid section for the PH sticky and ask around, there are plenty of people here that know there sh!t when it comes to them.

Right now I am using BPS's Anabolic 4-1-1. Right now I believe Orbit is having another type of sale for it, could be wrong. IT has that extra Leucine in it. http://www.bodybuildingdungeon.com/f...tml#post704932 check the last post for the new sale.
Scivation's Xtend is popular aswell.
There are caps/tabs out there aswell if you dont want another drink to make, lol.

When looking at a bcaa, get a flavored one, straight bcaa are horrible. and stay away from one with carbs or maltodextrin for flavor.since you are on keto

If you are having shoulder problems, defnlty take it easy for a bit, look into getting a joint support supplement and if a new injury get it checked out.

Yeah it is a BCAA, they have some good flavors. I have used the watermelon, and 1 or 2 more can't remember. The new blue rasberry is suppose to be incredible.

For a beginner you are going to see beginner gains, regardless. It pretty much comes down to one having more leucine. Which is the most anabolic of the BCAA. Scivations, does not have that extra, but still a quality product that taste matchs. The BPS as the added leucine giving you more of the #1bcaa. If you wanted to try the xtends go for it, it wont be a waste of your time. YOu could always add in a leucine sup on it own to bump up the amount.

Being new, go for what you think you will like, results are going to come as long as your diet and training are on point. Either product is going to be more BCAA than you were getting before from sup or whole foods, so either one really.

I have the BPS411, for the number of servings, the sale price(i got it 2for1, so 200 servings) with eh added leucine. Scivation's would have been a runner up product, with maybe ALR Chain'd Out

i got the blue rasberry one the 90 serving size so im excited. You mentioned adding a leucine to it are you talking about the kind that they have in vitamin section at stores like walmart or vitamin shoppe/ gnc? It just says leucine on it or is there a special one to get?

I'm excited i already lost alot of weight so im hoping to see more results with the creatine monohydrate, Scivation's Xtend, o.m's b12, fish oil and falx seed...then i'm either gona use T911 or jacked or a anabolic i think....oh i also need to get that joint one you had mentioned any brand good?

yeah just a L-leucine, prbly want to get caps not powder. In a health/nutrition store it will be with the amino's, but in other general stores it pprbly will be with the vit and minerals.

I likeAnimal Flex for Joints.

But others get suffecient support just from a basic Glucosamine, Chondroitin & MSM formula supplement. Species is suppose to have a good one, Arthrolyze(Glucosamine, Chondroitin & MSM with boron) i have never used it but the product line is good, i have their, lipolyze and somalyze in the mail coming my way.

Cissus RX by USP Labs is popular, which does not have Glucosamine, Chondroitin nor MS. It uses Cissus instead, couple of companies have this type of product.

Just look around, I forget the ratio of Glucosamine, Chondroitin & MSM.

On a different website I talked to a guy that was using a t-1 booster and it was interfering with his diet.

Other stuff you want to look into getting.

1. Green tea extract
2. Buy some lite salt if you are getting cramps during workouts, it has potassium in it.
3. You can use capsasicin supplementation, about 20-30 minutes before you workout you splash some good firey hot hot sauce on your tongue and let it burn.
4. FIBER supplement, important for regularity.

An alternate to using flavored BCAAS if you can't find any, get sugar free jello mix and mix it with the bcaas.

Nice, thanks for helping complete the list, forgot all about the FIBER, key.

Really, Jello BCAA shots?.....interestting...tastey. I have some unflavored just sitting there, I made that mistake, lol.

Yeah I've been busy trying to get things together. I use unflavored jello for a lot of stuff.

I use the ECA stack when doing Keto diets--helps curb my hunger, counters the mental "fog," and helps prevent catabolism while on a negative calorie balance.

Boxing - first of all, the kidney pain. Are you drinking enough H2O??? You should be taking in at least 1 - 1 1/2 gals. a day. Also try some cranberry juice as well. It's proven to maintain bladder and kidney health. Best supplements in your case? Clenbuterol, if available. If not, ECA stack. Winstol V is another good choice. In your case, stay away from all diuretics. Good luck.

You need to drastically increase your WATER, POTASSIUM, CALCIUM/MAGNESIUM, and take Kelp tablets for the trace salts/minerals as well. DO NOT take cranberry juice as you'll blow the Ketogenic diet, you can take cranberry extract capsules... these have the sugars removed.

If you are in a strong keto there should be no mental "fog". IF anything all that, feeling tired and what not should subside after the first 2wks. if you are truely in keto.

Cranberry juice, any juice will kill your keto diet.
WHy in the world would you recommend steriods and Clen to some one that is on a difficult diet to adjust to for some. Winstrol V should only be taken when you have a very low bf% to begin with not when try to get low, plus it should really have a test as well. He is thinking of a PH.
Clen is a little extreme. Giving the diet time, with the correct nutrition and cardio he should be able to do well with out the use of this.

ECA maybe, but only after running the keto style diet for awhile, to see how you are progressing on this.

Plus what with you Buffet and gear so you randomly post in another thread asking what gear they are on, when the person stated their supps.

NO NEed to Jump the Gun.

I would get a blood panel test anyway just to take your worries away that you have any issues- in the mean time you need water and minerals, period!

Depends on the person. Some people feel great while in keto, others feel terrible. But ECA does take the edge off of the adjustment for me.

It's subjective. I've been doing keto for a while, so has Gravesey. I rarely get the mental fog and if I do its in the first few days looks like its the same for him.

Some people might experience it further in depending on how long they have been doing keto or how well they adapt it. I believe that the longer you've been doing keto the easier the whole experience is.

I agree--I've done keto diets several times and it seems like it gets easier the more you do it.

capsaicin is the spicy portion of a pepper. Ive done some research on it and it can increase metabolism.

hot sauce is a calorie free (Frank's) that can be used to make your meals have more flavor aswell if you like hot sauce. same with most mustards.
*always check labels though

If anyone out there is sensitive to the "burn" of hot pepper (I'm not but I understand those who are!) there are also hot pepper in capsules, you can get these at any health food stores- probably even ORBIT has these.

I think that the dietary effects of capsaicin come from the burning sensation, i'll look into the links I had posted up somewhere else. Ive only heard of capsaicin pills for joint relief.
