I am currently deployed to the middle east. I am trying to get bigger/stronger while dropping weight slightly during my stay.
5'11" -- Started at 216#, currently around 195#.

I have wondered about BSN's Cheaters. I don't know a whole lot about it though.
My workouts consist of 4 sets of 8's as heavy as I can stand. I currently split my days into:
1) Chest/Tri's - Abs
2) Back/Bi's - Abs
3) Legs/Shoulders - Abs
4) Cardio/Abs
I work out almost everyday with the ocassional day off here and there.
Does anyone have any suggestions on my supplements or have a good routine? Also what I should be eating as far as carbs vs protein vs fat, etc... Thanks!!!!!!!
