Am I doing the right things?

I am currently deployed to the middle east. I am trying to get bigger/stronger while dropping weight slightly during my stay.

5'11" -- Started at 216#, currently around 195#.

Here is what I am taking;

> No-Xplode
> Gaspari's SizeOn
> Syntha-6 Banana Flavored Protein
> Multi-Vitamin
> CLA
> Volumaize (Ran out last week)

I have wondered about BSN's Cheaters. I don't know a whole lot about it though.

My workouts consist of 4 sets of 8's as heavy as I can stand. I currently split my days into:

1) Chest/Tri's - Abs
2) Back/Bi's - Abs
3) Legs/Shoulders - Abs
4) Cardio/Abs

I work out almost everyday with the ocassional day off here and there.

Does anyone have any suggestions on my supplements or have a good routine? Also what I should be eating as far as carbs vs protein vs fat, etc... Thanks!!!!!!!

Drop the Volumize. Add fish oil, flax seed, bcaa, and creatine. What isyour diet like? Don't just rely on supplements to do all the work. Don't do abs everyday, they are like every other muscle and need proper recovery time. Do them twice a week. Do Cardio EOD or on off days and I would recommend HIIT.

BSN cheaters is basically a supplement you use during your "cheat meal" i have used it in the past but really not all impressed, save your money and enjoy a cheat meal,,
so far you have gone from 216 to 195,thats great, how much more are you looking to drop??
