I DONT WANT TO USE THEM if you dont know i'm barely recovering from a shoulder surgery so i wouldn't benefit from them as if i were 100 %. Plus i've done them before my brother is really 17 and some kid on the team is barely pushing more than that because some test boosters and juice when lsat year i guess that kid wasn't really anything now he's first string or something

Thats what i was thinking it his test levels i read for a teenager are around high 300's no need to juice for what is already there.

Ya thanks pride i went ahead and orderd him some of the basics like bcaa, fish oil, flax seed, he already has the
muscle milk (UT influenced it), im hoping the diet will help him get more inshape and loose some more fat and put more muscle on, ya i tried lifting with him but we always exchange plates sucks he's younger and stronger than me but i still tap him out lol
