Just buy any kind of dextrose at the grocery store. Dextrose is just pure glucose, and you would use it immediately post workout, about 35g, to cause an insulin spike and
replenish your glycogen stores and to start rebuilding muscle. It is literally the fastest acting kind of carbohydrate that exists because its already in the form that your body uses it. Nothing gets broken down.
If you have the
true mass then you probably don't want to get the dextrose, because true mass already has a lot of carbs in it.
I would recommend 35g dextrose, plus your creatine, 5g leucine, and your protein powder as a post workout shake. I used that and it is AWESOME.
