Where to put supps in my diet?

9:00 am - Oatibix/1 cup of porridge, Whey protien with peanut butter, Multi vits, fish oils and an apple.
12:00am - 1 cup of Brown rice, pollock/beef/egg whites, water, 1 Banana.
2:00pm - 1 cup of brown rice, tin of tuna, 2 pieces WG bread.
3:30 - Train
4:45 - 2 Baked potatoes, 8 egg whites/whey protein with peanut butter, peas, water.
6:00 - Egg whites/pork loin/Turkey breast, banana,WG pasta/brown rice/oats.
8:30 - Peanut butter sandwhich on WG bread and a glass of full fat milk.

This is my diet thanks to mike. I made some changes to up the calorie content but was wondering where i should put my aminos and creatine. I have to take 4 aminos a day so should i split them? i.e. 2 in the morning then 2 later on or all of them at once?.

Well i see you have more than one protien source in a couple of your meals. Stick with just one, turkey breast one meal, egg whites another, tin of tuna in another meal, turkey breast again, in another meal. See where im going with this. Also you should switch out your baked potatoes for sweet potatoes, IMO. One more thing, about the brown rice situation, how are you cooking it? Do you just boil water and put in the rice? Or do you have an actual legit rice cooker, like one of those preasure steamer rice cookers. I noticed that when i got one of those, it made the rice taste a HELL of a lot better, resteraunt quality. Its worth the 100-150$ youd spend on one.

Meal 8: Cottage Cheese or Casein protein + Nuts.

Water intake 1-1.5 gallons. REST REST REST.

Heck yes 7 meals. That's nothing man, if you want to grow you have to eat. And by eat I mean EAT. None of this normal average guy 3 meal a day thing. Nutrition is the most important thing. If you want to look good you have to eat good. Then comes the rest then training. You had way too many egg whites in there so I had to change it up. You can rely on just egg whites for protein there are better things out there with added beneficial amino acids and minerals that your going to need. Quick Q, your on a bulk right?

The diet i listed above was just sources of protien i might have in a meal. I dont eat egg whites in every meal. I try to switch it from fish, turkey and beef and the odd protien shake. Couldnt i put in another meal before training then have 6 meals afterwards?

Also i dont do veggies so thats why my diet was lacking in them, fruit yes but veggies no, but i am trying to experiment with them.

Also wouldnt that diet be too high in protien? My current diet has around 180gs of protien with about 300gs of carbs. I thought it was quite decent considering this is my first ever proper diet.

Your diet you posted looks excellent though and yes i am always bulking lol. Also a quick q, my multis have brewers yeast in them. Isnt that an amino complex?

Appreciate the help pride. I know my diet isnt perfect but ill run it and see. I do think i need more protien though so ill have to add something or make my portions even bigger. If i need more food ill take inspiration from your diet . Thanks bro.
