9:00 am - Oatibix/1 cup of porridge, Whey protien with peanut butter, Multi vits, fish oils and an apple.
12:00am - 1 cup of Brown rice, pollock/beef/egg whites, water, 1 Banana.
2:00pm - 1 cup of brown rice, tin of tuna, 2 pieces WG bread.
3:30 - Train
4:45 - 2 Baked potatoes, 8 egg whites/whey protein with peanut butter,
peas, water.
6:00 - Egg whites/pork loin/Turkey breast, banana,WG pasta/brown rice/oats.
8:30 - Peanut butter sandwhich on WG bread and a glass of full fat milk.
This is my diet thanks to mike. I made some changes to up the calorie content but was wondering where i should put my aminos and creatine. I have to take 4 aminos a day so should i split them? i.e. 2 in the morning then 2 later on or all of them at once?.
