Hey guys can anybody help me with a In workout shake and a good creatine supplement ,well since im buying myself a stack (bulking) I needed some help in picking those 2 supplements. I heard dextrose is good for during workout and any type of mono creatine... I'm i correct or any better suggestions ? Thanks in advance!

You are right. It doesn't really matter, just take whey, dextrose, and creatine during your workout (I prefer post workout as a shot of rapid carbohydrates for the insulin spike, but to each their own). Any type of product will work, I am recommending Myofusion as I just got 5 lb's of it and the vanilla taste is great.
