Stevia Weight Loss

The main way to use this is with your water

First off, Stevia is a NATURAL sugar substitute... as opposed to unnatural ones that are processed to death. Each packet has 1 gram of fiber, but no "net" carbs. And it's really sweet.

If you think plain water sucks, then put 2 packets of Stevia in it. That'll take care of you need for having to drink sodas and diet sodas. I just saved you thousands of calories each month... and perhaps each week if you're a heavy soda or diet soda drinker.

Use Stevia in foods and in your coffee

I admit, I don't personally do this because I don't drink coffee and I rarily make foods that require sugar. But you can do this to replace eliminate calories and make the foods you're eating a little bit healthier.

Seriously think about this for a second. This is a natural product. It's healthy. The alternatives to sugar, besides this stuff, are pretty much just as bad as sugar. I can't think of no other tip that will quickly reduce your total calories without even affecting the nutritional quality of what you're eating/drinking.

Go with Stevia for weight loss that's easy.

Benefits of Stevia:

Stevia has been shown to inhibit the growth and reproduction of bacteria that cause gum disease and tooth decay, making it an excellent addition to tooth pastes and mouthwashes. Many people have reported improvement in their oral health after adding stevia concentrate to their tooth paste and using it, diluted in water, as a daily mouthwash.

Stevia is useful in healing a number of skin problems. Whole stevia concentrates may be applied as a facial mask to soften and tighten the skin and smooth cut wrinkles. Smooth the dark liquid over the entire face, allowing it to dry for at least 30-60 minutes. A drop of concentrate may be applied directly to any blemish, acne outbreak, lip or mouth sore. Stevia concentrate is also effective when used on seborrhea, dermatitis, and eczema. Reportedly, cuts and scratches heal more rapidly when stevia concentrate is applied.

Stevia concentrate added to soap eliminates dandruff and other scalp problems and improves the health and luster of the hair, also helping to retain natural hair color.
