What do you guys use to take before you go to bed to keep a steady supply of protein?

I used to add milk with my whey shake a couple hours before bed, then would have to drink 2 pints of water or otherwise i would wake up wiv a dry mouth and not be able to get back to sleep properly.
Recently ive started to use instant milk protein which u can add water to but has the same desiered effect of adding milk. On a cut you dont necessary want the added carbs and sugars from milk so i thought this would be a good alternative BUT i am having an even more dry mouth from using that.
I also take BCAA's before bed and i know that isnt giving me the dry mouth.

What do you lot use and do any of you suffer with the same dry mouth issue?

I do casein protein powder in milk, with 2 tbsp's of peanut butter. As far as waking up with a dry mouth, that might be because you sleep with your mouth open? I wouldn't worry about it. As far as myself, I don't wake up with anything such as a dry mouth, but I might wake up in the middle of the night to use the rest room.

The only thing I change on a cut is the milk. I still take the casein protein powder and 2 tbsp peanut butter.

Naa definately not dehuydrated. I drink easily around 5 litres a day.....easily, probably more.
I always have a pint glass of water next to my bed, sometimes have to get more, like u have a 2 litre bottle sometimes besides my bed.
IM gunna try the casein instead of instant milk and see how that goes
