Appreciate it man, lifts are looking and feeling better and better each workout that's for sure.

Alright, so today I did arms AND shoulders.. holy crap. With the way I train, especially doing 4 sets on everything, it was tough. But thanks to LG and their bad arse reps sending me some free e-911, I pushed through this workout pretty solid. That stuff gave me such a rush I could have stayed another hour if I wanted too. If I didn't have any of that in my system I would have failed out about an hour in a half or so into it..

Thanks, yes at the earliest 21. Honestly in my opinion, it should be around 25. I'm still swimming in test and will be for the next few years. But I've waited a good while to try out the real deal so whatever the protocol recommends I'm doing! haha.

I think it depends on the person. I dont know alot about growth plates and things but some people hit puberty early or late so mabey they finish earlier too so would be safer as plates have stopped growing...? I dunno

I had a visit with a doctor and he said most adults are done growing by the age of 26. Dunno if that's entirely true but it makes sense.

on the close grip bench, try doing it on a decline bench. hits the triceps way harder IMO

before i knew anything about anything i was close to running a cycle of var last year to close my growth plates but thank god i didnt....i hate being this tall im 6'4 and only 19 so i will prolly grow another couple of inches damnit

Yes, but they were under dosed.That source I had was a no no. Thanks for the tips man! I've tried them on incline but decline would benefit a different angle and would hopefully work great in my routine.

Your young and you have plenty of natural growth left. Knowledge is harmless, but applying the knowledge you've learned at your age would be a horrible idea. If you ran var, throw test in there as well. Just an fyi for future reference. Stay on a proper diet that will be beneficial to your goals for a few years, then consider AAS.

prop 1-12 100mg e/o/d
trenA 3-12 75mg e/o/d
and maybe an oral... not decided yet. Should be fun!

Sounds good. Your gonna blow up! I like the sound of that lg stuff. I only used methyl 1 d xl from them a while back but I know they are a solid company. If you do an oral, do you know wich one? how do you feel about tbol? jw

Prop is a form of Testosterone that contains the least amount of water retention. E and C are known to contain the most water retention out of any Test base steroid. My goal with this cycle is to add mass with minimal water and increase in strength (which is where the tren ace comes in).

I'm trying to avoid that being bloated like a lot of beginners are when they shoot their E/C or dbol, therefore Prop is the best way to go.

I'm thinking about adding Tbol the firs 4 weeks and var the last 4 weeks as well.
