Thanks guys. Finally getting things back on track. This weekend has been hectic. I decided to do chest today and do legs tomorrow instead so here's what I got done.

Flat BB Bench

going to shoot for the triple digits on dumbbells I see, well its about time, j/k... if your pushing 10 reps with 90lb dumbbells i would think you should be able to press 110 or more for 5 reps, looks very close to my lifts on dumbbell presses, good luck broski!! I know you`ll kick those out big time!!

Thanks dudes! Yeah Mike, I was surprised I got that up on Incline for 10 times. I guess my goal now is to Incline 100's by next week. I still haven't tried that 405lb deadlift yet so that will be something to look forward to this week also.

actually its not much of a jump once you use the 105`s in my opinion, but going higher than 105 is a biatch,,

I usually don't increase or decrease weight on FST-7 but I wanted to make it harder. Those lats few sets were tough.

What it do baby. Alright today was suppose to be my OFF day but I said what the heck and decided to do a little chest... flat movements only though since I incorporated most of my exercises on Monday of Incline.
