Directions:
For adults, mix 2 scoops with 10-12 ounces of water and consume as follows: one half 30-60 minutes before your workout and the balance during the course of your workout. Vary the amount of water to achieve your desired flavor and sweetness level..
so basically mix 2 scoops in the above mentioned water in a shaker bottle, drink half the bottle within 30min to 1 hour prior to training, than the remainder sip during your workout, you would not need to take it after training just before and during
