The only product I've seen that's supposed to increase appetite is Black Hole. But I actually get hungry more often if I either work out harder, or go for a walk.
Anyone know of any supps that increase appetite? Have u used them, and how effective are they?
I'm lifting like a beast but am just not hungry enough to pack on the mass I'm looking for.
honestly just training yourself to eat more will be the best way or if you do like what Aron and others said above. Workout harder or do some cardio your appetite will increase as your metabolism increases.
