Ive only really heard a couple things about it, what exactly is it? What does it do? Does anyone recomend it? It isnt a test booster or anything crazy like that? Why does someone take it? What are the benifits? Side effects??

Its not a test booster, its a natural fatty acid. I don't know a whole lot about it off the top of my head. Heres the wiki for it: Conjugated linoleic acid - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

I think most people take it for aid in fat loss.

Edit - apparently there are side effects. I didn't know that. Read the wiki!!

There are a lot of scientific articles on CLA - unfortunately most beneficial effects have only been demonstrated on lab animals and with huge doses - reality is that for most people it does not work also because CLA is already available in most meats.

my advice - give it a go - if it works good for you - otherwise you can do like me - give personal advice to someone who wants to try cla :-)

LDZ - it works for some people - for most it does not - but judge yourself.
