hey guys,
i just found these two supplaments, and wondering of trying them out, but first i thought ill get some info on them...
has anyone tried these? MASSACRA or either PUMP EXPRESS?
which one is better, wat it taste like, does it give u that boost u expect from them.

some of the polish guys at my gym said massacra is good but I've never tried it..
