I just bought some PROLAB Caffiene Pills,
I was wondering a good dose to be taking simply for energy in the
weight room (eg. should i take a couple before my workout).
It says 4 throughout the day, but i thought id see what you guys have to say, it seems like alot of caffiene when i just want if for when i train.
Thanks.

I strongly advise that you only use these 2-3 times a week. You can easily become addicted and it can lead to many health problems.

Yeah,
So would you say like one or two before a workout if that day i felt lagging and tired??

i wouldnt even take them dude, your gonna get addicted. why not just take a hit of coke before a workout? lol.

Use 200 mg 45-60 minutes before your workout. Stay hydrated!

I asked this in another thread and people responded caffiene pills.

ALCAR and GREEN TEA EXTRACT

Caffine pills are fine to take before your workout- dont worry if you only use 200 MG, no biggie

Yeah a 200mg before the workout is fine OCCASIONALLY. One of the things about it also is it causes the release of intramuscular calcium, therefore you should also take some extra calcium when supplementing with it. And althought it is a potent fat mobilizer, it also decreases glucose disposal and insulin sensitivity, as well as increases production of cortisol.

ive taken some of these in the past. i used to take them in the middle of a workout so i would have energy during the second half. i dont think they ever made a difference.
