Agreed. Lots of evidence that it decreases catabolism. If you have to go a long while without food it would be a good idea to use some BCAA. As suggested the 4

1 is the new standard and shows good promise.
I drink some on my longer shifts when I can't get a break to eat, or avoid eating the junk the bring in.
