Hey guys I've been working out for about 2 years already. I have a decent diet and take protein shakes after workout. I'm 6'4 237 (bulking) and for about the past 5-6 months I've experienced what may be muscle fatigueness loss during workout. When I'm bench pressing 3 sets of 225 10-12 times and the next week i have some trouble lifting 225. I have to lower the weight 5-10 pounds. It's not constant but i hate when that happens. I have taken supplements like superpump250 , NO xplode , they don't do it for me and i get tired faster believe it or not. I get short of breath when i do bench. It's mainly on my bench workout day. I do 4 day splits and i have already switch up my split. I don't know if i might need a in workout supplement cuz i never tried one. Have any of you guys expired this and can help me out? Thanks in advance!

doesnt sound like anythings wrong bro...we all have off days. Alot of factors could cause it like...****ty sleep the night before, your diet was off that day, or your just not very motivated that day...simple stuff like that, just use your willpower and push through it...supplements loaded with caffeine like you mentioned dont do you any good and make you reliant on them for energy IMO and load up on water before and during your workout

Keep track of your carbohydrate intake each day and before the workouts, and also make sure you're not over training, because that could definitely make you lose strength. Make sure you're getting enough rest!

Also just sounds like Lactic Acid building up. Just might have to be something you build on or maybe your diet is lacking a bit. Not sure unless I saw your diet. But I do know that Beta Alnine will help in blunt some of the fatigue or at least would help in getting those extra reps.
