i would say to try the slin sane like T.O suggested, it worked amazing on my last cut and i was only taking in 150-200 grams of carbs a day,helps your body maintain your size with its ability to help with nutrient uptake, i would also suggest you have some BCAA`s on hand to take a couple of times a day , one of the highest BCAA ratio out there right now is made by BPS called
