10 Pounds in one week? Is this stuff legit?

Optimum Health Nutrition - EXPLODE

Check that link out and tell me what you think, It says 300% increase on your bench and 10 pounds in one week, I found it at my local store and the guy was telling me its good stuff I just wanted to see what you guys thought since its a no name brand. Although the owner at the store is a supplement scientist and he knows all the good underground brands and this one is all over the store. So is this stuff worth it?

Not going to happen unless it's spiked with test. Even then it probably wouldn't happen. There is no quick way to gain 10lbs of muscle, it's all about diet and inducing the right amount of muscle damage during your workouts to induce an increase in cross sectional area.

All it is is creatine with a crap load of carbohydrates, probably in the form of dextrose / maltodextrin / waxy maize. Sure, it will help but you can just buy the regular ingredients put them together and you got the same product but at half the price.

Thats the stupidest thing I've ever heard. Not you dude, but that guy who said that. Go back to that store and ask him what clown college he got his degree in "supplement science" in. Whatever the claim is, its a bunch of crap.

No he is really smart, and he went to cal poly i think, it was somewhere out west, but yeah ive only heard good things about him if you wanna read his blogs The Performance Nutrition Blog he write all on that check it out, he writes about all no brand underground supplements, i havent tryed any but I might.

lol, yeah it doesnt look like anything special or innovative. The fact that it has 75 g of carb per serving to me may be to much. Does remind me of the Cell tech. Im familiar with Cal Poly Pamona. Its 20 minutes away from me :)

Dude, just because he went to cal poly, doesn't mean he's not an idiot. It doesn't matter what he says, nothing is gonna do that in one week, except maybe large doses of dianabol. I don't mean to come off sounding like a know it all jerk, but I know how stuff works, and thats just not feasible with an over the counter product.

Personally he has never told me that i'll gain 10 pounds in a week, although I will ask him and tell you his response. I got to the pounds in a week of the website.

Give it a try. I wouldn't say it's a bad product but I do doubt it will put 10 solid pounds of muscle on you in just a week. I don't know anything legal that will do that.

Yeah one of the first things I did was check the price, I wouldn't pay over 40 bucks for a legal supplement unless it's a 10 pound bag of protein heh.

Complete and utter bull. Just for that I'm never buying anything from them. I hate the exagerated claims that supplement companies make, MuscleTech is the only one that even comes close to backing it up. On like two products. Everything else sucks.

So once again, tell the guy he's full of crap and that nothing is that good. Steroids won't even necessarily do that.
