I think he posted a thread about this a little while ago. I told him to ask his doctor about getting testosterone replacement therapy in the form of an Androgel prescription. Thats the best you're gonna get, pretty much.

Edit - I just found it. If you can, try to get some health insurance that covers it. Or, see if your doctor can give you some free samples of it at least. At 60 years old thats pretty much the only thing thats gonna help, oral prohormones aren't worth it, not at that age without health insurance, if something bad happens you're screwed.
