I was reading last night in my nutrition book and I knew that the body hydrolyze's nutrients in the mouth, stomach and small intestine. It said that predigested supplements grossly underestimate the ability of the body and that they offer no real benefit and can actually decrease digestion and absorption. This makes sense, and I have a 5lbs tub of ON hydrolyzed whey protein. So my proposal is that normal whey isolate is perhaps the best form of whey protein.

Ah touche. Just like single amino acids? But what I'm saying is hydrolyzed whey seems like it'd be faster digesting because the body doesn't have to break it down. The thing is that the body will still try to digest it all the same. I wonder if it stops hydrolyzing in the stomach and small intestines sooner though because it doesn't need to be hydrolyzed?

I really think your splitting hairs with this one and over analyzing to the point of paralysis. You’re not going to achieve anything whether you’re right or wrong about this. The less that there is to break down the less work that needs to be done before nutrients can begin to be used by the body, which means less time in the gut being digested. It doesn’t have to be anymore complicated then that.

no they have 3 products

1. recovery= I trained legs 3 days hard in a row and wanted more
2. Mass=mix with the recovery
3. Strength=boosts lift power

they are all protein derived supps I took them all together last summer and that is why I am so big besides my diet I recovered like I was on some juice

Hmm. I'm always skeptical about supps because they can throw out whatever studies they want. It's not FDA regulated, they say that the formula makes you recover in 6 hours vs 48 hours. I'm pretty sure that's the difference when taking any whey product PWO. **** just taking protein PWO even.

3 days in a row!? Damn man. Ok I'll grab that stack, how much? Is it really worth the money or could I make the same gains by eating more?

I don't have money. I need insurance and a battery on my car, I need Slin Sane and I need this Recovery thing, I'm also out of NANO Vapor after tomorrow. I need a job!!! Are you sure that you felt the recovery one most? How could you tell taking them all at the same time? Thanks for the recommendation dude.

I already checked out the site.
