hey guys, during my workout today i consumed about 25 grams of BCAA's. i was wondering if that was too much?

I think that is too much, yes. I choose to space these doses out throughout my day, prioritizing my intra-training consumption.

I have used in excess of 70-80g per day.

For just during the intra workout that is a bit much. Not crazy but it would be better to spread it out.

Next time you should probably split it up like this, 10grams with some carbs 30 minutes pre workout. Sip on a carb + 10 grams BCAA drink during your workout, then take another 10grams BCAA + carbs immediately postworkout, maybe with some creatine. By carbs, something like waxi maize or malto. However, if you weigh like 150, you could probably lower the numbers down, but if you're 200+lbs that seems like a good start.
