Nitric Oxide

I need some NO recommendations.

I'd like it for the improvement in blood flow/vascularity, but possibly also as a pre-workout pump up. Are there any other benefits (or even downsides)?

I'm not looking for something with caffein (NO xplode).

people seem to really love Jack3d.

imo you don't need one really. All you really need is some sublingual b-12 and arginine with some BCAA's and you're good to go, but I'm sure some other people will be in here to help answer your question in search for a good N.O. product

no caffeine? ehh you'' prob save a couple bucks just buying plain AAKG and taking it with like 2.5g creatine 20-45min before lifting but if you would like a brand name supplement i really like plasmagen and if you can find it cheap nano x9 worked decent, it has yohimbe (probably very small amount) which is oldschool viagra ;P but ****s kinda expensive. But i agree with zack not completely necessary only thing i dont like about nitric oxide supplements is that you can't be on it for too long becuase the effects diminish, i normally have to go 2-3weeks straight then take a week or 2 break.

B 12 with Niacin works wonders from what ive read. Havent tried it though.

Arginine Alpha ketoglutarate + Creatine PRE workout is just as good as any NO supp out there

Very cost effective too!

You dont need one, just eat some carbs and get some BCAA's.

Zack is right, Jack3d is a fantastic product...It has less **** than xplode does and works 3x's better, I have used explode and had okay results, i moved to jack3d and i feel like a monster with only 1.5 scoops...and the good thing is, it only consists of the good stuff...explode has a whole bunch of extra crap in it (sorry i can't be specific) but with jack3d, 2 scoops is only about 1 tea spoon of powder.
