On a scale of 1-10 how much would you guys recommend creatine and any brands in mind?
How much everyday like PWO and pre? Also, can anyone specify the effects it has.
Thanks in advance

Well there a different types of creatine, personally I like Kre-Akalyn because there are a little more advantages too it.Kre-alkalyn creatine is a very effective muscle-building supplement because of the ability to hold creatine at full strength. That has a major advantage overr other creatine supps cause although how strong or powerful they might be,, the fact remains that creatine become unstable within the body and similarly in liquid. Also using any creatine you will get mainly the same results but using kre-alkalyn will achieve these results safer and much quicker reducing you doses because of its potency. I currently use Sci-Fits Kre-Alkalyn and have been gaining a little water weight but mainly muscle weight. Look into it, its good****.

I'd recommend just eating a steak instead.

But if you want to give it a whirl, any creatine monohydrate can be considered.

I use prolab's micronized creatine, but I can't say it is any better than any other brand. Just stay away from a bunch of exotic creatine blend that promises do be better than plain 'ole creatine powder.

I've seen all kind of crazy formulas (effervescent, etc) which claim to be better absorbed, etc. That's bull--just find a decent brand and don't pay for a bunch of supplement hype.
