I am currently bulking up for football this fall and would like to no the following.

1) How many grams of whey should i take before and after my workout?
Ive looked every where for this answer but cant find it.

2) should i take a whey shake before or after breakfest? how many grams?

3) How many grams of casein should i take before bed.

thanks for any help guys i appreciate it!

Before your work out have a different protein source if you want. Otherwise 20gs is fine pre. 40 should be taken post. Take a whey shake and a simple carbohydrate first thing in the morning. 20gs. 20g of casein's fine two, just one scoop. PWO have two scoops. Cottage cheese is just as good before bed and probably cheaper. Something to consider.

ok man lets break it down

Weight, height, BF%, goals=weight

take about 1-1.5g protien per pound

Break your meals up and make the pre, and Pw shakes meals have about 5-7 meals a day in order for your insulin not to spike and then lower making you feel like **** catch my drift. It also allows you to stay anabolic.

Just trying to help and thanks about the back i used to be 180 and lean in HS cuz i played soccer, but when i moved to BKNYC i got hit by the BBing bug and just gained.

Nice, my back is my best body part, it looks like it's yours too. 180 and lean, that's still a good size. I'm trying to get to 180 right now.
