Started yesterday with USP Labs Prime, Anabolic Pump, and Powerfull. I am currently:
158 lbs
5ft 11in
unsure of BF%, however a hand held BF calculator at my gym(Golds Gym) had me at 7.8% however I feel that I am more around the 12% range and my bench max is prob around 190-195.

I am currently on a high protein diet taking the following supplements and eating around 5 meals a day.
*GNC Amp Mass XXX
*GNC Amp Amplified Wheybolic Extreme 60
*ABB Creaforce(Creatine Mono)
*Mega Men Sport Multi-vitamin
*JACKED*
(My buddy works at GNC and gets me a 30% discount on their products)


Mega Men Sport--Multivitamin
Jacked---Pre-workout
Amplified Wheybolic 60--Post Workout Protein
ABB Creaforce(creatine Mono)--Post Workout Creatine
Mass XXX--Meal Replacement Protein


Daily usage...
Prime
2 capsules...3 times per Day(with meals) = 6 per Day

5 days on/2 off

PowerFull
2 capsules...2 times per Day

(2 caps Pre-workout, 2 caps before Bed) = 4 per Day

7 days per week

Anabolic Pump
1 capsules...3 times per Day

(1 cap Morning, Pre-workout and Post-workout meals) = 3 per day

7 days per week


this gives me the following as far as durations:
Prime 30/week = 4 week supply
PowerFull 28/week = 3.2 week supply
Anabolic Pump 21/week = 4.3 week supply

MEALS
Breakfast meals: 4 eggs, 3 pieces of toast, 3 lean saussage links, serving of oatmeal(real ****, not the sugar in a packet...although that stuff is so much better taste wise ^_^)

Shake

Lunch: chicken breast with some other type of vegetable and some bread

Shake

Dinner: Some sort of steak/chicken, salad, vegetables....the usual

Shake before bed.



After yesterday(Monday, June 29) DAY 1; I noticed a huge urge to lift. Note, that was after I took Jacked, and was craving to get in the gym. I must say, my focus has never been higher. I logged every exercise, every set/reps. Which was something I have never done before, and will continue to log it all just to view my change. Before Day 1, I have not lifted for about 2-3 weeks, due to vacations and working ect. and did notice a drop in my bench, not significant, but noticeable. Everything else though seemed spot on.

I dont think i have gotten a better workout before in my life. I woke up sore, which usually doesnt happen for a day or so after I lift....but the workout I got was incredible

Also, I know taking these supps(Prime, PFull, Pump) are supposed to increase sleep quality and/or deeper sleep, however last night I had some pretty weird dreams. I had probably 5 or 6 dreams, if not more. Those are just the ones I remember because I woke up during the middle of them. But no worries, ill keep posting here every so often.

My current workout routine is the following:

Monday: Chest and Arms *Cardio*
Tuesday: Back and Shoulders
Wed: Rest *Cardio*
Thursday: Chest and Arms *Cardio*
Friday: Back and Shoulders
Saturday: Legs *Cardio*
Sunday: Rest

however, this is just going to be for this (first) week to get back in the swing of things. Due to my summer college courses and work schedule, time in the gym is going to be tighter then usual, therefore will not be able to spend as much time as normal.

Thus will change workout schedule to the following:

monday- chest
tuesday- shoulders
wed. rest
thursday- legs
friday- back
saterday- biceps and triceps
sunday - off

I am unsure of our family's vacation pending next week July 6-10, so I might be taking an unexpected week off from lifting then. This brings up my next question: Should I continue using the stack even though I am not lifting those days, or put on hold till back from vacation and in the gym again?


DAY 2 Back & Shoulders

Pretty much same as before, I woke up sore from yesterday(monday, Chest&Arms) which I knew was from the killer workout I got yesterday. Throughout the day (wake up -> 1230) my motivation to get in the gym was lacking mainly because I was kinda tired and sore. Took Jacked, and Powerful, then hit the gym around 1:15.

Workout kicked ass yet again. Logged exercises as usual and now have a spread sheet set up for each exercise, each muscle group, and each day in the gym. Because of work 4-11pm, my diet is lacking in the meals, so im trying to get as much as i can get in while at work as well as at home before bed.

Tomorrow is supposed to be my "Rest" day, but I have not done Legs in a while and skipped the cardio the last couple of days...so I might hit up legs tomorrow and do some cardio.

Day 3, Chest and Arms.
Took a few days off due to vacation in MD for my lil bro's Baseball Tournament.

Pretty much same as before. Took Jacked bout 45 mins before leaving for the gym(2 min drive), then 1/4 a scoop before getting in the car. Pumps were good, focus was great. Started dyin out after a while however still had a great workout. So Far things have been good. Sleep is still great and notice more yawns during the day, which I read is a good thing. More to come.

So far things are goin good. Did Back and Shoulders the other day, yesterday was rest, and have chest today. So far my weight is about the same. I have noticed differences in sleep(as stated before), and also am noticing that I am gaining more mass to my arms, abs and back, and a little to my chest. For being 1 week in Id say its working although my diet has room for improvement.
