Started yesterday with USP Labs Prime,
Anabolic Pump, and
Powerfull. I am currently:
158 lbs
5ft 11in
unsure of BF%, however a hand held BF calculator at my gym(Golds Gym) had me at 7.8% however I feel that I am more around the 12% range and my bench max is prob around 190-195.
I am currently on a high protein diet taking the following supplements and eating around 5 meals a day.

(2 caps Pre-workout, 2 caps before Bed) = 4 per Day

1 capsules...3 times per Day
(1 cap Morning, Pre-workout and Post-workout meals) = 3 per day

this gives me the following as far as durations:
Prime 30/week = 4 week supply
PowerFull 28/week = 3.2 week supply
Anabolic Pump 21/week = 4.3 week supply
MEALS
Breakfast meals: 4 eggs, 3 pieces of toast, 3 lean saussage links, serving of oatmeal(real ****, not the sugar in a packet...although that stuff is so much better taste wise ^_^)
Shake
Lunch: chicken breast with some other type of vegetable and some bread

Dinner: Some sort of steak/chicken, salad, vegetables....the usual
Shake before bed.
After yesterday(Monday, June 29) DAY 1; I noticed a huge urge to lift. Note, that was after I took Jacked, and was craving to get in the gym. I must say, my focus has never been higher. I logged every exercise, every set/reps. Which was something I have never done before, and will continue to log it all just to view my change. Before Day 1, I have not lifted for about 2-3 weeks, due to vacations and working ect. and did notice a drop in my bench, not significant, but noticeable. Everything else though seemed spot on.
I dont think i have gotten a better workout before in my life. I woke up sore, which usually doesnt happen for a day or so after I lift....but the workout I got was incredible
Also, I know taking these supps(Prime, PFull, Pump) are supposed to increase sleep quality and/or deeper sleep, however last night I had some pretty weird dreams. I had probably 5 or 6 dreams, if not more. Those are just the ones I remember because I woke up during the middle of them. But no worries, ill keep posting here every so often.
