Jacked - Post Workout Wind Down Advice Needed

Hey guys,

So I have been taking Jacked with awesome results during the workout but am having problems afterward. I lift in the morning for about an hour and then run 4 miles and am finding that I end up feeling like I want to jump out of my skin for the rest of the day. I am only taking one scoop. Is there something I can take post workout to calm back down?

Any help would be appreciated since I would like to keep taking Jacked but I think my wife will kill me if I can't find a way to chill out after my workout.

Just kidding, I'm not sure what you could do, maybe try just half a scoop? Or give it some time to see if you build up a tolerance. If you can't do anything about it you might want to just try something else.

Cosign a-ron.

After my workouts with jacked I feel like I'm on cloud 9, no better feeling.

Maybe you could plan your jacked drink closer to your preworkout meal to somewhat lessen the affects of it? Just a thought

Morphine + doubled running time + eating closer to taking the stuff sounds like a winner:)

Thanks guys! I'll try half a scoop plus eating when I take it.
