Multi After Workout?

So I usually take my multivitamin twice a day (first meal of the day and one of my evening meals). I was thinking though, after a workout, your body is depleted of basically everything haha. So why not take the multi right after the workout where maximum absorption can be achieved as well as refueling your body of all the nutrients it needs. Am I wrong in this mindset? Good? Bad? Make a difference? Thanks...

Dont think it matters only because it will take time for that vitamin to breakdown where you should be consuming your PWO shake right after and a good meal 30-45 min later. If this is not being done than yes taking a vitamin post workout will help.

Personally I take 1 packet a day just cuz I feel like it gives me what I personally need, and to be more cost efficient in the long run

Sweet thanks guys. I take ON's Opti-men, and says 3x a day. Like Zack, I feel 2x is plenty and more cost effective. I'll continue to take one in the morning and then one post workout. Appreciate the quick responses.
