So I usually take my multivitamin twice a day (first meal of the day and one of my evening meals). I was thinking though, after a workout, your body is depleted of basically everything haha. So why not take the multi right after the workout where maximum absorption can be achieved as well as refueling your body of all the nutrients it needs. Am I wrong in this mindset? Good? Bad? Make a difference? Thanks...
