Regarding the initial thread of Jacked tasting bad...and I mean this in the nicest way...suck it up dude.

Regarding when to take it, like many who have responded, I have tried a lot of different things. The one that works for me is eat a big meal, wait 30 minutes, take jacked (2 scoops), wait 30 minutes, then hit the weights. As soon as I'm done, I take my whey and dextrose. This has really been working great for me. But unlike a lot of people, I work out at night, around 7-8PM. I don't take a protein shake before working out because I already took some for breakfast, and because by 7-8 at night, I've already taking in a crap-ton of food. If I had an AM workout, I wouldn't follow this layout.
