damn bloat from bread!!

i knew better but this weekend i eat over two days 11 slices of bread "wheat"
and now im paying for it..i had to wear a larger shirt to the gym this morning because my gut was bloated!!!
hopeing this ends within 24hrs and gut goes flat again..anyone else have this problem???

No dude, in fact, I mainly eat whole grain bread to prevent water bloat. I used to love eating beans for the nutrition and fiber, but I quickly found that they bloated me up. Try eating northern mountain beans, they might do the opposite for you, since bread does the opposite for me.

yea i eat wholegrain bread alot... 4-8 slices a day and never get bloat.

Therealgame, If I havent eaten bread in a while, then I eat some, I do get really bloated for a day or two. This happens with almost all baked goods (pitas, bread, bagels)

So true, if you want to get bloated, bread is the best way to go.

whole grains bread is one of my main source of carbs either in bulk or cut .. i just cut out in last week in my cut phase when i depleted my carbs .. i usual eat 5 to 8 slices

You might be allergic to wheat. Such things happen, my mom is allergic to wheat.

I eat either 2 or 4 slices in the morning. Around miday, if I feel like eating a quick meal, like a sandwich, I eat 12 grain bread. And right before sleeping, I eat 2 slices of 12 grain bread!!!
