To say the truth i dont think my diet is as straight as it was when i use to lift, i now eat at 8 then 11:30 then at 3:30 then all till like 8 or 9 or sometimes even 11!! I Do Jiu-jitsu at 6-7 then i go box after! Thats why I have a huge gap between my meals.. So by what im reading, i shouldn't buy anything for now right?
The problem is that thats the best i could do!:(
