We all know that Omega 3 Fish Oil is good for you so I am not getting into that.
My questions are:
1. Is it ok to take Omega 3 supplement but not Omega 6? I'd take it too if I could but at the moment, I need to budget my spending and I just cannot afford both. I buy multivitamins and Whey protein too.
2. As with cutting the costs, I am taking 1 cap a day of Fish Oil when the recommended serving is 2 capsules. I am thinking 1 cap is better than nothing. Is this true or does my lowering the dosage, I am making it ineffective rather than less effective?
